200 San Marin will be an 6,700 square medical and general use office building situated at the highly visible and scenic corner of San Marin Drive and San Andreas Drive in Northwest Novato, CA. The project consists of four condominiums that average 1,700 sf in size in warm shell condition with a raised floor for easy configuration. The site has 26 parking spaces and several bike racks. 

The building features wood look, painted composite siding with richly stained wood accents and windows.  The building also features a complimentary colored asphalt shingle roof and stucco framed entries atop cultured stone bases.
